7-DAY WINDOW From Delivery Date

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You have 7 days from the delivered date to request an exchange for your online purchased style(s).
Styles must be returned in their original condition with all tags intact and undamaged.
Items purchased on Sale, Promotions, or Special Discounts cannot be exchanged or returned once sold.
For hygiene reasons, intimate items such as bodysuits cannot be exchanged or returned.
You can exchange your item's size or color, or receive an exchange code to place a new order for a new style.
Showroom exchanges are allowed only upon prior confirmation from the LAZO Online Store team.
Please note that the online exchange processing time takes 7 to 10 working days.
